Shweta Technologies LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to herein as “Aigent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we gather, use, reveal, and otherwise handle your personal information, and describes the rights and options you have concerning that information. “Personal information” here means any data about you that allows direct or indirect identification. This Notice applies to personal information we handle according to Section 2 below.

This policy does not cover personal information about job applicants, employees, or contractors within our employment relationships.

When you use our Services owing to your relationship with a Customer of ours, that Customer may direct how your data is processed. In such cases, the Customer’s own privacy policy may apply; if you wish to understand how your data is handled in that setting, you should contact the relevant Customer.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information in three main ways: directly from you, automatically from your usage of our Services, and from third parties. In some cases, we combine information from multiple sources.

Collected Directly from You

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number, company name, etc.) when you reach out to us or sign up
  • Profile/account information (username, password, title, company, etc.) if you register or log in
  • Billing or payment details when you make purchases, plus shipping address, purchase history, and related financial data
  • Records of communications or interactions (such as via email, forms, social media, or community forums), including content you submit and our responses
  • Promotional preferences, feedback, or survey responses, event/training participation details
  • If you use our Slack app, when you authorize it: workspace IDs, user IDs, timestamps, message payloads, metadata; data not essential to functionality is discarded or not retained
  • Business development information, including about customers, vendors, prospects, etc.

Collected Automatically

We may gather data automatically through your use of the Services, including via cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. Examples:

  • Device and browsing data: browser type, IP, device type, operating system, language, timestamps, referring pages, etc.
  • Usage and activity data: pages viewed, features used, content clicked, how long you stay, etc.
  • Approximate location (from IP)
  • Other derived or inferred data

From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties such as:

  • Social media platforms, when you interact via those channels
  • Marketing, analytics, or data partners who provide us with information about potential or existing users
  • Referral sources, prospective customer data, or public databases

8. Content Shared by Users

We may provide public interactive features (forums, discussion boards, etc.) where you can submit content. Anything you post on such public parts may be viewable and searchable by others (users and possibly the public). By submitting content in those areas, you acknowledge that any expectation of privacy or confidentiality for that content is limited.

9. Protection of Children’s Data

Our Services are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think we may have collected information from a child in violation of the law, please contact us (see contact section below).

10. Data Security & Storage Duration

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, for marketing purposes, or to meet legal or regulatory obligations. After that, we will delete or anonymize information unless legally required to retain it longer.

We may revise this Notice occasionally. When we do, we will update the date at the top. If we make material changes affecting prior collected personal information, we’ll try to notify you (e.g., by email or by conspicuous notice on our Site).

Rights of Australian Residents

Transfers of Data Outside the EU/UK

As an international business, it may be necessary for Aigent to move your information beyond your home country, including to locations such as California, USA. For transfers outside the EEA/UK, we will either:

  • Transfer your information only to countries recognized as providing adequate protection under Article 45 of the GDPR, or
